dxmeta dll

Hello.
I am Using Vista 32 Home Premium.
I do a lot of Stationery, and Can not register the dxtmeta2.dll
I keep getting the dxtmeta2.dll loaded call to DLLRegisterServer failed write error code 0x80020009
The only work around I have been able to find is to Write a batch file, A quick cheap trick is to put the command

("<path>\regsvr32<path>\richtx32.ocx") in a batch file. Name the batch file with "install",

or "setup" in the name (eg, MyInstall.bat), then run the batch file.


My Prob is I am Not sure what <path> to put in.

Any Help would be Extremely appreciated.
