Dynamic Backgrounds hog your CPU

I have discovered that using a Dynamic Background causes WLM to use 50% of
CPU cycles or more. Change to a static background and CPU usage drops to 5%
or less.

All depends on the CPU, but this is pretty normal. Ditto with the 'Dreamscene' animated
backgrounds in Vista.
