dynamic library link

I keep having windows appear on my monitor headed
"WindWWAA:Qsi1.exe_Entry Point Not Found" followed by
text 'The proceedure entry point WSCUpdate provider could
not be located in the dynamic link library WS2-32.dll'.
Sometimes the heading is
"WindWWAA:Lta46.exe_Entry point not found"
What does this indicate and how do I fix it?
