Greetings Peter,
I'm afraid not. Live Mail interfaces directly with Messenger and otherwise it will load up
the default web browser. It's not just a simple registry change (or similar) as it actually
communicates with live mail. For instance when you get the mail notification in Messenger,
it will automatically do a send/receive.
However, I doubt very much there's anything stopping the Outlook Connector in the future
supporting this.
