Help- All my e-mail sent ,reads in either Chinese or some other language,
have checked control panel and made sure everything was set to english. Might
the problem be unicode having a brain cramp? And can I disable it?

While looking at such a mail right click the message in the Message List and
choose Properties | Details. Copy that whole section and include it in a
reply to this post.

Please elaborate, so we can help the next person with the same problem.
What is this "cleanfix", and where do you get it?

Gary,
Cleanfix is a well known registry fixer. His problem could have been almost
anywhere in the registry. Since it does a blanket "repair" it will be hard
to find out what actually got changed (back).

Thanks. I'll keep it in mind the next time this problem shows up.
I don't normally recommend registry cleaners since they tend to
cause more problems than they solve.

....and please don't get me wrong here. I'm not recommending it, just
stating what it is.

Yeah.
I don't recommend ANY registry cleaner except manual by someone who knows
what they're doing.
Think your Registry needs "cleaning"? Read
http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=28099 and draw your own conclusions.
