Ease of access, narrator

Is there a way to completely and totally remove Ease of Access, narrator and
anything that comes with it. I tried the usual method I've seen here but it
doesn't work. It's interfering with my sound setup - I can't configure the
jacks.

Ease of Access cannot be uninstalled.

This tutorial will show you howto turn off Narrator and stop it fro
starting with Vista at startup
