East Transfer "Access denied"

I'm trying to transfer files from my old XP computer to my new Vista
computer. Midway or near the end of each (50+ hours) transfer, I keep
getting a
"... Failed: \HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\In ternet
Settings\5.0\user Agent\Post Platform... Access Denied" message.

Any idea what's wrong with my old XP settings and how to fix this?
