Easy Start CD needs up date for media player 11

I'm having trouble to install my mp3 player on to my computer so that I'm
able to sync music on to it and vise versa. I've been trying to find an
update for it I'm just not having any luck finding the right site or download
for this mp3 player.I have already updated my windows media player and that
still did not help. So, now every time I put the ilo cd in it says that I
need to have the Easy start cd updated. If any one would help me it would be
greatly appreciated.

Have you found a solution to this problem yet, I'm experiencing the same
problem?
