Easybid 6 crash

I have a new notebook running vista 64x w/ 4mb ram. I run an app called
Easybid 6 and have contacted their tech support to no success. I ran this
same program in my past machine vista and had no problems. It is a very
stable program.
When I start the program I get "EasyBid6 has stopped working"

then get an application error message" Exception EStRegIniError in module
