Easycleaner - unnessary files

After downloading Windows Updates, I run Easycleaner, and click "unnessary
files".
There are thousands of Windows Upate files there. I have deleted them, but
they
keep coming back. How do I get rid of these old files, and keep them from
reoccuring?
