Edit function (Select All)

What happened to all the options at top left of email screen such as File,
Edit, Tools etc. I liked going to Edit and selecting Select All so I could
delete all my messages or news feeds (RSS) at one time without needing the
keyboard and Ctrl & A. Can you still do this, it's a minor thing I can live
without if I have to.
