Einstellung des Email

Hallo bei einrecten von mein Email ist mir bei der eingabe desAusgange sowie
der Eingangserverdaten ist mir fehler gelaufen (pop31und1+smtp1und1) so das
ich kein Email wier srnden noch anfangen kann bitte erklären sir wie ich es
einstellen soll .
