Elevated process can't write to %temp% - access denied ?

Hi,

If I try to copy file to %temp% using elevated command prompt I get "access
denied".(UAC is on)
What exactly is happening ?
What part of UAC prevents writing there ?

Just out of curiosity, were you copying to C:\windows\temp ?
