Eliminate guest user access (W98)

I need to eliminate the ability of guest users to log into my computer by
hitting [Esc] at the log in screen. I'm using Win98, and upgrading Windows is
not an option (the computer was specifically designed for Win98, and I've
already attempted to upgrade with no success). I believe I'm using the
original Win98, not Win98 SE, if that makes any difference.

It doesn't make sense to me that you wouldn't have the ability to secure the
computer, but I haven't been able to figure out how.

Try posting in a windows 98 newsgroup. This is the Windows Update
newsgroup.

There are no security options in Win 98.

I'd be happy to do that, but I'm apparently having just as much trouble
locating that newsgroup as I am securing my computer.
