I am new to vista and not very computer savy at this point. I have imported
my address book successfully. I am using earthlink as a provider and have
spent an hour with them doing a remote check to see why the names in my
address book will not pop up when I am trying t send an email. When I hit
reply, the name will come up. They have told me that it is a problem with
windows mail. Any suggestions?

Try clicking on the symbol to the right of the triangle to the right of
Send/Receive in the main Windows Mail window, or on Tools and
the Select Recipients in the new message window.

The auto-complete doesn't work well in Windows Mail. The newer Windows Live
Mail works much better.
