Email Address change

Within a couple of months, I will be deactivating my high speed internet
provider and will be connecting to another in another state (2 WinXP MCE
computers). I don't know how long this will take. Are my updates tied to my
current provider and email address?

Nope, as long as you have an internet connection and can access the WU page, you
should be okay.

You may want to take some action to handle email, perhaps
getting a GMail account. But updates and downloads from MS
are tied to the computer and the PK/serial numbers in the
computer. Your Anti-virus and such are also locally enabled
by cookies.
