email background

With the old Windows mail program I could set a background color or image
and type the message over it. I can't find a way to do that with WLM 2011.
Anyone know how?

No longer selectable features...they were discontinued in WLM 2011.

Used to be a way to insert an image as a "wallpaper", or something like
that. Now I can only type around the insert the image, and type around it.
