Email can't reach some recipients....

when I send an email to any party at a company I work a lot with, it comes
back saying "your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients. The following recipients cannot be reached.... temporary
failure." Then any emails I try to send to recipients at that particular
company I get the same error message. Then if I restart my system it is fine
again. This happens at least once a day for that one specific company, and
not with any other recipient at any other location. Any ideas?
