Email Hosed

Last night I tried to send a video (9.4mg), and it's still trying to send it.
I can't send or receive email right now. How can I cancel the message I
tried to send? Thanks for any help.

Delete the offending email. If you are not able to then see if the following will
get rid of that email

If any messages won't move or can't be deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

That's like trying to send a herd of elephants packed in a shoe box via
snail mail.

Patient (demonstrating): "Doctor, it hurts when I do this!"
Doctor: "Don't do that."

Don't do that. Send such large files via FTP or burn it to removable media
(CD/DVD) and send it snail-mail.

PS: If you think sending such a large email (which BTW is actually much
larger than 9.4MB), pity the recipient trying to download it (assuming
message doesn't put his account storage over-the-limit).

I doubt many users know how to use FTP nowadays.
Uploading to a site like http://tinypic.com is much easier.
