Bypassing an ISP will usually land you on a spammer blacklist, be very
careful attempting this. Once you get on one of these lists, getting off
it is pretty hard to do and finding another ISP who'll accept you is even
harder - they talk to each other and no one will tolerate a spammer; yes,
I'm sure that's not what you're doing, but using spammer methodologies makes
the association very easy to come to. You might explain your situation to
your ISP and see if he can modify the limit for you.
