Email Marketing Software

I am trying to send out a mass email to 4000 contacts and I am looking
for software to do this. I do not want an online service with a monthly
fee, just software that I can self-manage. I also need it to be able to
bypass my ISP, so that I don't have to send 150 emails at a time, which
is what my service provider allows.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks,

A

Bypassing an ISP will usually land you on a spammer blacklist, be very
careful attempting this. Once you get on one of these lists, getting off
it is pretty hard to do and finding another ISP who'll accept you is even
harder - they talk to each other and no one will tolerate a spammer; yes,
I'm sure that's not what you're doing, but using spammer methodologies makes
the association very easy to come to. You might explain your situation to
your ISP and see if he can modify the limit for you.

What you are asking for is not possible without breaking a whole
bunch of laws and ethics, and perhaps suffering the consequences.
