email notifications new updates

running WSUS 3.0 sp1. I have configured email notifications to be sent
anytime wsus pulls down critcal and security updates from MS, this has been
working perfectly. Recently we installed Forefront Client Security and
configured it to use wsus to pull down def updates and the client install
itself. On the WSUS server i had to enable addtional clasifications and
product updates. The WSUS server pulls down the def updates and the
forefront client and this works perfectly. What i am noticing though is i no
longer get emails when the wsus pulls down a critical or security update, i
only get email notifications when the WSUS server pulls down a definition
update for forefront from the MS site. Shoudlnt i still be getting email
notfications for critical and security updates? the last one i got whas when
right before i added the addittion products and clasification, this was
around 3 weeks ago, from today
