email pictures

when i try to email pictures i choose pictures and click email, the box comes up to resize the pictures, i resize the pictures and click attach and everything disappears. how do i correct this

Click Start, select Default Programs
Click Set program access and computer defaults
Click Custom, and select your mail client
Click OK

Then, follow these steps:

Click Set your default programs
Select your mail client from the list
Click Set this program as default
Click OK
