> Charlie42 thanks for your suggestion. I followed your advice. Restarted my computer. The "send/receive" in Outlook Express 2003 still remains inoperative.
I have re-enabled my security suite email scanning.
However the "send/receive" in my Windows Mail now operates, whether my
security suite email scanning is enabled or disabled.
