Who would be my ISP I have AOL but I have DSL through Verizon. I'm so confused

You probably have two ISPs (internet service provider).
You probably use Verizon as your ISP at home, but when on a trip in a motel,
you probably use dialup through AOL.
Your ISP of the moment is whatever means you use to access the internet at
the moment.

Your Internet Service Provider is the company to whom you pay money each
month to get Internet access. That would be Verizon. Lots of people use
AOL for their email while getting Internet access from a DSL or cable
company.

Your subject line says "email setup" and if you want to use AOL's email,
you need to install their program or use their website. Maybe if you
explain what you are trying to do you can get more focused help.

Verizon supplies you DSL connection probably through a Router. AOL was
probably you dial-up provider and you retained your email address with them

AOL UK was bought out by Car Phone Warehouse who are the TalkTalk internet
provider so to confuse you more if you go to the AOL web site it may be
TalkTalk also.

Don't worry about it all but do check you account to see that you are not
paying Verison and AOL at the same time.
