email shortcut in office and photo gallery

When im in some office programs as well as some other MS programs there is a
icon on the top tool bar that will open your default email program and open a
new email message. It stoped working! It is a nice feature in vista and i use
it alot...............have i changed something?? Please help

Andre:

i have tried this twenty times.......it will not work. I have tunderbird as
my defalt and winmail as not enabled........................what is the
problem????

Have you tried doing a System Restore to an earlier point in time before you
started experiencing this problem?
