If you set the email client to leave a copy on the server, the incoming
email will show up in all inboxes when you retrieve mail.
Depending on the ISPs settings, outgoing mail may not be saved on the
server.
It will be in 'sent mail' on the machine it was sent from, but is usually
not saved to sent items by the ISP unless you are using HTTP (internet based
mail read through the browser) mail.
