Emails not showing in Outlook Mobile

We have just completed a rollout to our engineers of around a dozen HTC6500
mobiles. Al of the engineers have an email account on the server (SBS2003)
and all were created using the same template.

We have discovered over the past couple of days that 3 engineers cannot see
their emails. If we look at their mailbox through Outlook Web Access or
Outlook from a PC, all of their emails are showing, but on the phone they
have none showing.

Other engineers are working fine and can see all of their emails and the
engineers who are having problems can send emails and download their
contacts, calendar etc. without any problems. The actual connection to the
server seems to be fine.

Does anyone have any sggestions?

Hi,
Do you have any antivirus or spam e-mail scanner running on the server?
This can interfere with Exchange ActiveSync.

We have AVG AntiVirus running on the server. Whats odd is that it only seems
to be affecting about a quarter of them, the rest are working fine. We have
tested deleting the users whole account and recreating it but it's gone and
done the same thing.

Totally puzzling. Also, I have an Orange-branded HTC3500 (the SPV M700)
which I have also tested with. Some users' emails show on the phone fine,
whilst I can change to another user and it only shows emails from the past
3-4 days.

Each of the user accounts were set up from the same template and all emails
are showing fine if you go in through Outlook Web Access or view the mailbox
from within Outlook itself on a PC.
