I use to be able to open my saved .eml files and have the To: field
appear. Some update has changed how .eml's open. They now open with the
From: field showing at the top. What update needs to be uninstalled or, what
can be done to edit the registry to allow .eml files to open with the To:
field showing the top of the header?

That probably would be due to the KB911567 update.
