Emoticons lost

I downloaded the latest version of MSN. With version 7.5 I had a set of very
nice emoticons which I have lost after the upgrade. How can I recover those
emoticons, and how come I cannot see the emoticons other people send to me
through Windows Live Messenger? All I get is the code for the emoticons, not
the emoticons themselves.

Hi Varushin,

I'm sorry you're having problems with your custom emoticons! It sounds like
custom emoticons turned off. Please go to Tools - Options - Messages - and
make sure that "Show emoticons" and "Show custom emoticons" are checked.
