Emoticons problem

My friend tries to send me custom emoticons, but I can't add them...n
one can add them from her, it only says "copy" when we right click...an
way to fix it? (she wants to able to let others add them btw

Greetings Fawa,

As a first test to just narrow down the problem, have her add any random image as an emoticon
(like a Picture off the web or in her Pictures folder) then have her send the emoticon to you
on Messenger and see if you can add that one.

If you can, then it's just that her old emoticons in Messenger have the "premium" flag set.
Although I'll have to double-check to see if there's any other way to remove the premium
flag, this might mean that she'll need to readd all the emoticons manually which won't be too
difficult but will be time consuming.
