"Empty junk email folder" locked out

The right-click option to "empty junk email folder" is now grayed out and
cannot be used. There's also a red circle with a line thru it over my junk
folder. What happened? Why will this manual function no longer work? I now
have to delete each junk email manually. Thanks.

Hi Scribe,

It sounds like you have a stuck message in the Junk E-mail folder.
Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus programs to
help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090
Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message
problem.
