folders. But it does, we have seen it. We have many apps, in the region of
thousands more than 5K siting on our network.
Even one of the latest coporate enterprise app uses .Net 2.0 and creates
dynamic assemblies in program files using reflection has issues.
There will be plenty of others critical apps have been developed and
designed running on win2k for many years now and write shared user data to
program files
What you say in theory sounds nice , but in reality the remediation would be
plenty
