How to enable access to Certificate Template over certsrv?

Hi all

I`m try to enable access to a Certification Template over the
Webinterface. Actually only the Domain Admin can see the Option to
submit a request. The Users without Domain Admin rights can only create
the default User Certificate. But cannot create a Advanced Certificate
Request thats uses the Certificate Template I create. The non domain
admin user, has also full rights on the template.

Problem solved. My failure I used Firefox on the Client and not IE.
