I am trying to get to http://www.avimpeg.net/flasheffect_full33.zip
and I can't. The top of my browser says 'currently running with
add-ons disabled'.
I go to options and all the addresses listed say enabled. Is it because of
add ons? I totally need to download a program I bought from here and can't
get to it. Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful day.

Windows XP. Also they gave me a new link to the program I'm trying to
download. It is
http://www.minihttpserver.net/flasheffect_full33.zip
and it still doesn't work.

[To keep track of things, it helps immensely if you include all of previous
message(s) in your replies to the newsgroup. Thank you.]

One down, two to go:

I am having the same problem and it is incredibly frustrating. I am running
XP SP 2 and IE Version 7. I keep getting IE is currently running with
add-ons disabled. I have tried restarting and I have looked at manage
add-ons and everything says it is enabled. I can't do so many things
including windows updates because I keep getting this explorer bar. Can
someone please help me?
Thank you SO much!
