Enable third-party browser extensions

Just recently in IE 6 (and in new IE 7 Beta 2), when I check Internet
Options/Advanced/Enable third-party browser extensions, Internet Explorer
immediately gives me an errer message when I open it.

The message states the Internet Explorer has encountered a error and needs
to close. If I go back to Internet Options and uncheck the "enable
third-party browser extensions", all works find but I cannot add some
toolbars I previously used before I had this problem.

Anyone have an idea as to cause and fix. I had hoped that installing brand
new IE7, Beta2 would cure this problem, but it hasn't

mortyla, you may have installed a Browser Addon that's causing IE to crash.
You can go to the Manage Addons option on the tools menu and see what's
installed. I suggest disabling any Browser Helper Objects and toolbars you
see that look suspicous. Its probably not an ActiveX control causing the
crash and Browser Extensions are really just toolbar buttons, also probably
not the cause of the problem. I hope thathelps!
