enabling memory protection

I have just upgraded to vista home premium. When i select Internet
options>advanced, the enable memory protection is greyed out.
How can i get this option, to be able to use it?

1. right click on IE -> runas administrator
2. then enable DEP memory protection in IE7advanced options
3. close IE7 and re-open it normally

Thanks for the tip bill, I did as you suggested but IE7 then failed to open
at all. But thanks for the assistance
