Funny, it worked flawlessly in XP. I could just run it in XP/98
compatibility mode. Maybe in wrote in the Program Files directory.

My configuration is:

IE 8 Beta 1
Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium (no SP1)
1 GB of RAM
3 GHz Dual-core Pentium D
Shockwave Player 10
Flash Player 9
WMP11

Try installing as administrator and see what happens. If you have issues try
setting any .exe file Properties to run in XP Compatibility mode.
