encrypted file

hello, I have 2 files.
the encrypted first and the second is the same file is not encrypted.
the files are in an external USB drive with other encrypted files.
The harddrive where installed windows7 is broken and the file is not
accesible.
I can get the certificate from the use of this possibility two files
in a text editor?
