Not specific to Vista, but the Netscape browser will officially die in
February.

I think that sucks. I've been using it on Vista and I really like it. I know
its the same as Firefox, but I like the Netscape name. Reminds me of the
wild wooly days of the internet back in 1995. Its a damn shame that AOL
destroyed Netscape.

Well, I'm going to give IE 7 a shakedown. I'll see if I like it.

You might want to give seamonkey a try if you want a suite. On
installation, it should pick up your netscape profile and you should be
ready to go.

You're placing the blame in the wrong place. Netscape started its slow path
to death because of Microsoft and what Microsoft did. Read the history,
then you can direct your anger at the real destructor of Netscape.

Cheers.

What would they use if they didn't get IE thrown in with Windows and had
to make a concious choice and download one?

You like to blame everything on MS don't you "nostop"?
Maybe you can also blame your miserable POS life on MS, right...LOL!
Face it, you're just a real loser.

I've heard that Firefox has a Netscape "theme".
Apparently it makes the GUI look like Netscape.

Maybe you can even get an AOL nostalgia message
box plugin that pops up a window asking, "Do you want
to buy something now?", and has two buttons marked
"Yes" and "Ask me in 5 minutes".
