English MUI doesn't work

Why can't I change my finnish Ultimate to english. I have installed the
english language package with no problems or error messages but still I can't
use it. It doesn't show in the drop-down menu where the installed languages
are shown. The swedish language package works fine. Is the english package
corrupted or what? What should I do?

Now everything is OK, I installed SP1 and after that I could change the
language.
