Enquiries on Software Update Services (SUS)

I am planning to deploy windows security patches to all my client PCs using
SUS Server in my company. However, there are Japanese and English Windows
2000 PCs in my company. I understand that SUS has multi-language support for
English and Japanese Windows platforms.

How would my SUS Server be able to deploy both the Japanese and English
security updates to the Japanese and English PCs in my company? How does the
SUS Server differentiate which PCs are Japanese OS and which are English OS?
