Entering BIOS

I feel like a dummy but ever since I installed XP I cant get my computer to
open in BIOS, How exactly do I get there? Also, anyone else have a problem
with Nascar games skipping, I bought more RAM and a new video card and it
still doesn't fix it. Please help the challanged.

The BIOS is accessed before Windows even starts. Check your motherboard
manual for the correct procedure; it is usually done by hitting the DEL key
while memory is counting right after computer start.

You might try the F3 key just as the OS is starting to Boot.

Stil not working, no matter what I push it boots up all the way.

You only have about 3 seconds after pressing the power
button to get the proper BIOS key pushed. You have to
reboot each time you try.

Keys are often DEL. ESC, F2 or F1

Mr. Stevens has a nice page

list common keys for the BIOS.
