Enterprise CA - Subject Name with e-Mail but no CN

Hi all

It`s possible to create a Certificate Template with a E-Mail Adress but
no Common Name. When I select None in "Subject name format" the Checkbox
"include e-mail name in subject name" is grayed out.

The alternate Subject name is not important to me.
