Entourage error 18493

One of my MAC users keeps getting the following error on my Entourage
Clients.
"An Unknown Error -18493 Occurred. Your mailbox has exceeded the size
limit. Account
Name (Users Mailbox)

I have mailbox size limits set to 500Mb (just increased it to 600Mb) on my
exchange server and this user is
way below the default store limits 102,000K ?

Exchange 2003 SP1

Nothing stuck in Outbox
Looking at sent items the largest attachment sent is 760Kb

Anyone have any ideas on this ??

Hey Steve.

Do you have the mailbox size limits set to 600MB fo both the message
store *and* the user account? There are two places to set the mailbox
size limit, and I kept tripping over that when I first started working
with exchange 2003. Where do you have the limit set, and what is the
limit in the other location?

Actually when the mailbox gets full and the data gets exceeded by its file size, An Unknown Error -18493 Occurred error occurs and makes the database corrupt. so, you must use entourage recovery software which repairs and recovers all the entourage database items completely.
