Err: This account does not have permission to synchronize your mai

I've received a mail several days ago on 12 July 2006 23:58:42, which was
sent out by Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta Team <> to
inviting me to "Join the Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta". After I follow all
the steps that had mentioned in the mail, all I get is the following error
message after installing WLMD.

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. This account does not
have permission to synchronize your mail. To sign up to gain permission to
synchronize with this account, please go to http://ideas.live.com and join
the notification list for this Windows Live Mail product. You will be
notified when your account is enabled. Server:
