Erreur Windows Update : double click the time in the tool bar...

Windows server 2003 French version
I tried to run Windows Update but I got the following error message which
says that the clock of my computer is not on time. In fact, *it is on time*
!!!
What can I do ?

Windows Update a rencontré une erreur. Celle-ci peut être due Ã* une
différence avec le paramètre d'heure de votre ordinateur.
Pour vérifier votre paramètre de date et d'heure :
Double-cliquez sur l'heure dans la barre des tâches.
Vérifiez que la date et l'heure affichées sont correctes.
Vous pouvez également bénéficier d'un support en ligne si vous rencontrez
des problèmes avec Windows Update.


Envoyer le numéro d'erreur Ã* Microsoft (0x800C0008)

Bummer :-( Usually item "L" (using
https://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp instead of
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp ) provides a viable
workaround.

Some other items to check..............

Tools>Internet Options>Security tab. Ensure that Internet Zone is selected,
then click on the Custom Level button. In the "ActiveX controls and
plug-ins" section, ensure that either "Enable" or "Prompt" is selected for
these items:

1. Download signed ActiveX controls

2. Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins

3. Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting

In Internet Options, under the Advanced Tab, to the "Security" section and
ensure that these are checked:
1. Use HTTP 1.1
2. Use SSL 2.0
3. Use SSL 3.0
