Error: 06 : 0200 : 0000082E

When ever I try to update my windows or open variouse programs windows block
it and gives me the error code 06:0200:0000082E. No other describtion to give
me any idea what to do. Don't tell me I am the only one experiancing this.
Any ideas, anyone?????

I forgot to mention that I am talking Windows ME

My OS is Windows 98SE and I have a similar problem. I keep getting error code
06:00000063, but does not happen in the same place. Sometimes while Windows
is loading or it can happen while I am browsing. Does anyone have any ideas
as to
the cause.

Can you guys try and uninstall KB891711 and let me know if this still
occurs?

We downloaded the Autopatcher and burned to CD and ran the UltraLite version
and after we rebooted the Windows update website worked perfectly.
