Error 08xDDD0004 when running Windows Update

Getting Error 08xDDD0004 when running Windows Update.

Also, cannot see ANY file names nor details in when Exploring directories -
only see a small box in upper left of window.

Computer may have locked and rebooted during an automatic update.

I forced a re-install of lnternet Explorer and my problems are fixed. Thank
God!!

I am having the same problem! Darrell, if you could tell me where you went to
re-install IE. I've tried to install EVERYTHING lol and still no
difference....HELP ME!
