I´m trying update, but I have problem with this message 0x2BC9. What is
problem??

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup.

PS: Double-check that error number, please.

Not enough information. If this was for an SQL update
try posting with more details in the SQL Setup NG.
However, before posting there do a search for both
the hex value and its equivalent decimal value
(11209 in this case.)

I agree with PA Bear. I suspect you made a typo
with your code. This doesn't sound like a symptom
that you would see while doing an update.

It is tip-off update Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2.

I encountered the exact same error code when executing Windows Updates on a
Windows 2003 Server with SQL. KB960089 failed with the code 0x2BC9. Any
suggestions on what to do now? Thanks.
