I was having a lot of trouble but read one of the posts that recommended
looking in Start,Run,%windir%\mcsetup.log & when I did it showed that the
media player 10 was not there because I had already upgraded to 11 I
uninstalled the WMP11 from add\remove programs & let it rollback to WMP
10.Rollup 2 after the restarts installed w/no problem & all the other updates
also installed w/o issue hope this helps like others posts have helped
me.I've also had to wait for support & I gather they are swamped because it
takes so long these forums have been very helpful.
